the annex was everything we hoped for and more. it had a cozy bed, comfy recliner chair, and all the amenities we needed. jilly made us feel welcome and the location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. we loved the added bonus of hot chocolate, something rarely provided. would highly recommend!

Had a great time over Easter! Loved the extra touches like fresh milk, tea, coffee, and snacks in the room. The lounge area was super comfy and the bed was cozy. Also, the location was perfect with a lovely pub just a short walk away and close to the canal. Definitely enjoyed our stay!
Only a couple of small things - would have been nice to have a bedside light and a table by the settee for drinks. Oh, and a mirror above the bathroom sink would have been handy for shaving.

The facilities at The Annex - Guest Gardens were excellent, with a very comfortable bed and a good shower. The provided breakfast, including cold meats, pastries, yoghurt, fruit. I also appreciated the little extras like popcorn and sweets. The cleanliness of the accommodation and the peaceful location were great. The honesty bar was a nice touch, even though I didn't use it. The host, Jilly, was fantastic and made us feel welcome from the moment we booked. She was accommodating with our check-in time and even went above and beyond to mail us back a lost teddy bear. it was a perfect stay for us and we will definitely book again.
Felt like being home, no complaints at all.

The Annex at Guest Gardens was a delightful place to stay. Jilly's fantastic communication made settling in a breeze. The location was perfect for pleasant walks and exploring. We loved that it was within walking distance of ASDA and a country park, with easy driving access to more shops and attractions like Woburn Safari Park. The little touches, such as snacks, cakes, and stocked kitchen, were a nice surprise. The abundance of towels, toiletries, and breakfast items made us feel right at home. The comfortable beds and cozy atmosphere made for a truly enjoyable stay.
Strongly recommend this hotel.
